Courtney Sylvain joined the RM Bradley team in July of 2008 as Administrative Assistant. As a result of quick learning and an eagerness to do more, she quickly earned the title of Director of Operations. In her role as Director of Operations, Courtney's duties incorporate a wide variety of tasks such as serving as the company's Paid Time Off Coordinator for over 85 employees, the Tenant Services Coordinator for the Gold Building, and the Information Technologies Administrator for both the home and satellite offices. Courtney also serves as Lease Administrator for the company's DC Metro retail portfolio, and acts as Accounting Assistant for a number of properties. More recently, she has taken on Assistant Property Manager duties for the properties in the residential portfolio.

Courtney is a graduate of The University of Hartford, Notary Public in the State of CT and holds a CT Real Estate Salesperson's license.
