Colleen Sheridan joined the RM Bradley Brokerage Company as a Senior Vice President in May 2013. She has made a career in the commercial real estate industry for the past 30 years and has held senior level positions at International Commercial Real Estate Companies.
Colleen's expertise ranges from corporate asset and investment property sales to corporate dispositions and bondable net leases. Ms. Sheridan has been involved in transacting over $2 billion in property sales. Some notable transactions include: represented IBM in the sale of its Westchester NY U.S. Headquarters to MasterCard, Swiss Bank Corporation in the sale of its New York City headquarters, Lehman Brothers in the sale of Stamford Towers, CT and Banco Popular in the sale of its San Juan Headquarters, Hato Rey Tower. Colleen also acted as investment advisor to Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation in the acquisition of over $200 million of bondable net leased properties and represented Honeywell for its portfolio of corporate and investment properties.
In addition, Ms. Sheridan continues to remain active in community affairs and volunteers her time for special projects. She holds a broker real estate license in Connecticut, is a member of CREW, and was a participant in the New York City Board of Education Mentoring Relationship Program. In addition, Colleen was elected to serve on the Fairfield Republican Town Committee, is a former Commissioner of the Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority and is currently a Commissioner on the Town of Wethersfield Redevelopment Committee.
