Rich is a member of the Retail Leasing and Investment Properties Group at RM Bradley. He has over 32 years of real estate experience and has completed a wide range of development, re-development, brokerage and consulting projects. In 2004, Rich formed Correia Commercial Real Estate and joined RM Bradley in 2011.

Rich came to the Greater Hartford area in 1990 as a consultant at Simsburytown Shops. He oversaw a complete renovation of the property and increased the occupancy rate from 30% to 100%. In 1993, he became the Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Simsbury. Rich has had many additional successes in his career including being a co-founder of The Shoppes at Farmington Valley, a 450,000 square foot lifestyle center located in Canton, as well as brokering and obtaining zoning approval to bring The Riverview, a 36,000 square foot banquet facility, to Simsbury.

Rich is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has been a panelist for the largest revitalization conference in the state through the Connecticut Main Street Center. Since 1995, Rich has organized an Economic Development module for the AP Economics class at Simsbury High School. He facilitated a charette process with local and national real estate professionals providing their insights to the students. He has also worked with the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Rich has served as Vice President of the Farmington Valley Visitors Association and is the former President and co-founder of the Simsbury Chamber Music Festival.

Rich has worked with numerous property owners throughout the Farmington Valley providing leasing, sales and consulting services. He is also President of the Simsbury Main Street Partnership, a nationally accredited, award-winning not-for-profit organization that stresses forward-thinking economic development.

Rich originates from Massachusetts and has two sons Jared and Joseph.
